We are looking for experienced Administrators for an immediate start in to work within the Local Councils across Hampshire.

The ideal candidate would have the following:

• Proven experience in administration (2+ years)
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent general administrative skills
• Minute taking experience
• Speed and accuracy in data inputting
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Available Immediately
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Portable DBS (desirable)
