Position: Receptionist/Office services administrator
Salary/Rate: £17,000/20,000 pro rata)
Type: Part time 18 hours per week
Hours: Tue/Wed/Thursday 9.00am -4.00pm
Our client a leading provider of health care information solutions is looking to recruit a Receptionist/ Pa for their London office.
This role combines a range of administrative responsibilities across their business.
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
* Responsibility for the smooth running of the reception and assistance with office services
* Creating new starter security cards
* On a basis, you will need to produce a security card access report
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Organize and schedule appointments
* Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
* Write and distribute email, memos, letters and faxes
* Assist in the preparations of regularly scheduled reports
* Develop and maintain filling systems
* Update and maintain office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
* Maintain contact lists
* Book travel arrangements
* Chase debtors
* Cover for Pa (holidays sickness etc.)
* Help with office move i.e. (admin tasks)
Ideal candidate and personal qualities:
* Experience within a customer service
* Able to build good working relationships across all level.
* Ability to work individually and as part of a larger team.
* Motivated with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
