A Procurement Administrator is required for a small north London specialist construction company, to be full time office based. Construction experience is preferable but not essential.

Duties include:

  • Ordering plant & materials, checking goods receipt notes, checking invoices, payment approvals, liaising with suppliers.
  • Office administration, answering phones, weekly timesheets, filing, post, office manager duties.
  • Assisting with accounts, data inputting, creditors and debtors, basic book keeping.
  • Assisting directors with any miscellaneous commercial, financial and operational issues.

Skills required: good communications, spreadsheets, (MS Excel), MS Word, “Can-Do” attitude.

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5pm with half hour lunch break

Holidays: 20 days per year (including Christmas period)

Salary: £20,000 to +£25,000 per year, negotiable depending on experience
