Part time - 3 days per week - Site Secretary
One of the South East's leading Construction Companies are currently searching for a Site Administrator to join them on a long term project based in Petersfield. This is a site based role, working alongside a friendly, professional team and is open to freelance or permanent candidates.
The programme this Contractor use is 4 projects so experience in this software is preferable but not essential. As a Site Administrator you will co-ordinate the document filing and transmittals for the Project Team incorporating Variation Orders and Site Instructions and associated processes.in order to support, the teams on Site.
Duties:
Input and manage incoming documents on data management systems to ensure accurate records of the project documents (4 projects software).
Produce monthly reports/statements on document control status.
Conduct printing and photocopying.
Be highly organised, have strong attention to detail and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Intermediate to advanced level grasp of Microsoft Office.
Ideal candidate:
Have previous document control experience from within the construction industry (desirable).
Experience of using 4 projects document management would be an advantageous although is not essential.
Have excellent written and communication skills.
