I am currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to work for my client on a full time and permanent basis in Kingswinford. My client is a supplier of software, systems, networks and cloud services to well-known large companies
My client is now seeking to employ a Marketing Executive to work solely to find leads and opportunities for UK Managed Services provided by Technical.
The position (which can be part time, at least 25 hours per week) will report to our Sales and Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will work in the main marketing office for a few weeks in order to receive training in our CRM system and methods of working. They will then relocate to the Technical Office and begin to define, with the Technical Manager, and author, email campaigns and the text content for pages on the web site which email recipients to which recipients will hopefully click through.
They will also:
Telephone each recipient that our web analysis tools show have read the email.
Use the results of each campaign to improve the next one.
We have lists of companies from which the Marketing Exec can select those for a particular campaign. The Marketing Execs performance and reviews will be based upon the number of suitable leads generated for the Technical team to visit each month.
The candidate must:
Have a good, pleasant and engaging telephone manner,
Would need to take a proactive approach to building their lead pipeline.
Prior knowledge and understanding of Managed Services and/or tele-marketing experience would be beneficial, although full training will be given.
Candidate:
Must be personable with good communication skills
Determined, driven, organised and self-motivated.
Good attention to detail
Good keyboard skills and IT literate, being able to use Word and Excel and have some experience of a CRM system
Job Content: (these targets are for a 40-hour week and will be reduced pro-rata for part-time work)
§ To generate a minimum of 5 quality leads per month, This will be measured monthly. 40% of the lead target must be obtained through marketing and tele-marketing rather than incoming enquiries
§ To identify the prospects needs by means of developing appropriate scripts and sell the appropriate product, thereby overcoming objections on every call. Being based in the
Technical office will allow our Technical staff to be consulted quickly during a call if necessary
§ To ensure all correct literature/ emails are send out promptly and followed up within a reasonable and agreed time scale.
§ To extract accurate information from the prospect and update our CRM system with the relevant information for future marketing opportunities and ensure the appropriate outcome is recorded on every call within CRM.
