Millipic has relocated from Newcastle to Liverpool city centre and looking for 10+ customer service advisors to represent the UK's largest energy comparison company. But don't worry, there are no hard sales or crazy KPI's involved in this role!

Energy Customer Service Advisor - So what will I be doing?

  • You will be representing the UK's largest energy comparison company
  • Manage general customer enquiries and provide customer support
  • Speaking with customers to review their current energy spends for their gas and electric
  • Provide a tariff comparison for their energy spends
  • Help customers change their energy provider to a cheaper comparison
