Cygnet Hospital Ealing provides a welcoming, non-institutional environment, offering personalised treatment for service users with an eating disorder and/or personality disorder. This includes a unique combined treatment for individuals with both conditions, meaning a secondary diagnosis is not an excluding factor. Cygnet Hospital Ealing is close to the centre of Ealing in West London. It is a short walk from Ealing Broadway train station where the Central and District London Underground services can be accessed.

In this role you’ll:
Primarily provide a professional image at the front-of-house (Reception) whilst appropriately allowing access/exit to the building and romoting the safety and security of staff, patients, relatives and visitors. You must be able to multi-task, be organised and naturally helpful. In addition you will need to have excellent communication skills, be polite and friendly when dealing with colleagues, patients and carers, deal with telephone calls appropriately and use basic IT skills to make room bookings/send emails.
This is a part-time role, working 15 hours per week, predominantly on Saturdays and Sunday's.

We're looking for people who have:
• Microsoft IT skills
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent level of numeracy and literacy
• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanour
