An established provider of affordable housing within the West Midlands is immediately seeking a Repairs Planner to make an immediate impact within the Repairs Team on a part time, temporary basis.

As a Repairs Planner, your key duties will be:
• Scheduling for all responsive repairs; liaising with tenants, contractors and external parties
• Handling customer complaints or queries via telephone, email or letter
• Using in house systems and Microsoft packages to log enquiries and calls
• Managing stakeholder expectations
• Provide administrative support to line managers where required

You will also have:
• Experience of scheduling and planning within either housing or construction, ideally on social housing contracts
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Demonstrate the passion to add value and consistently provide a high level of customer service.
• Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Presentation
• Experience of working with the in-house system, DRS when scheduling repairs.
• Ideally you would have an understanding of compliance such as gas and electrical regulations
