My client is currently looking for a Front of House Centre Host.
Based in West London , the right candidate needs to have Front of House Customer Service experience.Be smart in appearance and be personable.
This is a 18 Month Fixed term contract (Part time Hours - 9.00 am to 1pm Monday to Friday)
Paying £25K Pro Rata!
Key Responsibilties:
* To be first point of contact for all members and outside visitors
* Meet and greet all visitors. Directing them to correct locations
* Respond to public enquiries re opening hours, members etc.
* Assist Building Supervisor to investigate member complaints, escalating these as necessary
* Answer incoming calls
* Taking and forwarding messages via email as required
* Arranging and handling post deliveries, couriers and collections including sending post tracked/ recorded in conjunction with building reception
* Place stationary orders as necessary
* Maintain the current and accurate filing system
* Manage meeting room bookings when necessary
* Provide on the ground support to the management team as required
* Assist in coordinating with lettings agents re access for viewings within the building
Personal Skills:
* Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skill (warmth, diplomacy) and an upbeat, positive attitude
* Demonstrate an understanding of customer service and hospitality
* Understand the importance of adaptability in dealing with different occupiers
* Demonstrate the ability to resolve occupier issues in a constructive manner
* Understand the role of boundaries and the ability to move between occupier needs and the needs of the organisation
* Have the ability to work autonomously
* Be resourceful and creative in problem solving
* Enjoy multitasking and dealing with the unexpected
