Our client is looking for an experiences PA to join to team ASAP on a part time temporary basis - 20 hours a week!
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of operating at PA level working in a large corporate environment. Used to working in a complex and matrix management structure.
Excellent communication skills with a clam approach.
Good diary management, travel booking, and submitting of expenses.
Excellent excel and powerpoint and experience to help with the preparation of board reports and other official documents. Experience of managing projects/being involved at least would be useful.
This is part time position and we are flexible on days and times works as long as you can commit to 20 hours per week.
