An exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy HR team. We are urgently seeking to recruit a dynamic self-starter with outstanding organisational and IT skills and great attention to detail. This is a key role, providing administrative support across the HR team.

If you’re looking for a new challenge and have previous administrative experience, we would love to hear from you!

You will be liaising with a range of people on a daily basis, both verbally and in writing, and therefore must be able to communicate effectively. You must also be confident handling sensitive information safely and securely.

You will have a conscientious and enthusiastic approach to all tasks and be able to work on your own initiative.

The ability to prioritise your workload is key, as you will be responsible for many deadline driven tasks such as:

• Processing starters, leavers and payroll changes
• Answering and managing calls and emails efficiently
• Preparing statistical information in relation to recruitment and other HR functions
You will be expected to demonstrate PRIDE behaviours in your job role – for further detailed information please see the attached Job description and Person specification document.
