Calluna Recruitment are seeking a Compliance Technical Officer for their client based on the outskirts of Ipswich, Suffolk.

This is a full time permanent position 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm (half hour unpaid lunch)

Our client are looking for a candidate that comes from a compliance background who ideally has some knowledge of the heating sector and associated legislation (e.g. Building Regulations and British Standards) Ideally (but not essential) you will have knowledge of consumer law / alternative dispute resolution (ADR).The successful candidate will provide support to customers when complaints arise in accordance with their procedure and the schemes requirements.

The successful candidate will report into to the Compliance Manager and you will work alongside a part time compliance officer.

It is essential that you have:

Full driving licence

Knowledge of the heating sector and associated legislation
