www.thisislanguage.com helps teach French, Spanish, Italian and German at iGCSE through fun and engaging online videos and games. We only use authentic language videos and we are already used by over 800 top secondary schools worldwide. We are making language learning exciting and relevant again.
We are looking to recruit a goal-orientated, dedicated representative to communicate with international secondary schools around the world. You will have excellent people and presentation skills, unparalleled time-management skills and will not be afraid of using a computer or speaking with teachers on the phone or over Skype.
Working from home, you will only need to work during school term time and you will be required to work for about 4-5 hours a day Monday to Friday. You will be in control of how you manage your day to fit in with your daily routine whilst finding suitable times to speak to prospective clients. Mostly, you will be communicating with new and existing clients via email.
You should be based in the UK for this role.
Access to a car is not essential for the role.
Aspects of the role include:
- Maintain a good relationship with clients (we have around 50 international schools worldwide)
- Resolve any technical issues and administrative enquiries (training provided)
- Renew client subscriptions
- Handle in-bound trial requests and demonstrate the website where required
- Reach out to non-clients to arrange a 14-day trial
- Invoice new subscribers
- Attend one or two conferences a year
You will receive training, weekly support from a sales manager, be given a laptop and phone and earn commission on top of earnings.
If you’ve had any involvement in education or languages that would be a bonus but ultimately, we are looking for confident and passionate people who love what we do and believe in our product.
Base pay of £9,000 (£3,000 per term) and an uncapped commission structure.
