We are currently recruiting for full time and part time permanent Call Handlers to work just outside of Taunton, Somerset.

You'll be a confident communicator, and have a can-do attitude. You'll be fearless in your approach to work, and be customer focussed in everything you do. For this role you do not have to have previous direct telesales experience, however this would be advantageous as our client is looking for an active member of the team to work primarily on business to business calls.
You will be required to take calls from customers and work effectively to rectify issues and find an empathetic and diligent solution as quickly and effectively as possible. Our client is a leading claims handling company and due to swift expansion are looking to take on a number of full and part time workers.
You will be working Monday – Friday, including a Saturday on a rota basis. (Sundays may be included during busy periods) and there are various shift patterns on offer:
9am – 5:30pm,
11am - 8pm and.
4:30pm - 8pm.
In return you will receive £16,477.50 annually dependent on experience, free parking, kitchen area with tea, coffee and vending machines. As this role is in a rural area outside of Taunton you will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to private transport as public transport does not reach your place of work.
