Background

The MECC programme in Surrey, is currently working in partnership with key organisations across the Surrey Heartland workforce including, primary and secondary care, district and borough councils and the voluntary sector, to support the uptake of the MECC programme in line with the National prevention agenda. https://www.makingeverycontactcount.co.uk Many long-term health conditions such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, respiratory diseases and liver conditions are closely linked to behavioural factors.
