This post is for one of their Farnham services that provides care to residents with; profound learning and physical disabilities, brain injuries and complex health needs.. 25 beds split into two units, each of these nursing units is staffed with x1 nurse and x9 cares as well as having Nursing Management support.

Responsibilities

- Working from a person centred perspective; your role will be paramount in ensuring all clinical protocols are fully implemented and monitored to an optimum level.

- Liaising with other health care professionals and managing medication protocols, working closely with the people we support on a one to one basis, building productive and supportive relationships with both them and the staff team.- Promote independence and dignity throughout everyday life

- With the support of the Operations Manager and Service Manager you’ll work autonomously to oversee implementation of CQC Action Plans.

Requirements

- NMC registered, either RGN, RMN or RNLD

- Flexible attitude

- Able to develop strong relationships
