Sarah has cerebral palsy, dystonia, epilepsy, visual impairment and a sleeping disorder. We are looking for a Nurse Team leader who will lead the team of support workers but also take a lead on the support planning and clinical tasks.

You will be responsible for supporting Sarah by providing personal care, following recommended therapy techniques, monitoring her health and assist Sarah with all aspects of her routine as well as supporting and supervising her care team. Your role will be to draw up rotas, update the care plans and ensure that the team are providing the highest standard of care and support to Sarah.
