Our client seeks a part-time Administrator 22.5 hours per week either 3 full days or spread over 5 days per week Monday to Friday office hours are between 09.00 - 17.00 and is located near to the City Centre of Coventy.

To provide day to day administration support for the company.

Main Responsibilities

1) To provide professional administrative support for our events.

" Process and administer event and programme bookings.

" Assist in the organisation and support of our events including travel arrangements, room bookings, catering, accommodation, organising itineraries, programmes and invitations as required.

" Post event support including processing evaluation forms and actioning any follow up required with participants.

" Update and maintain the contacts database as required.

2) Working with the Events and Marketing Officer to produce marketing materials and update website, newsletter and social media as required.

" Assist in the development of organisation messages and presentation to external bodies, supporting our relationship management plan.

" Monitor and evaluate impact of communications.

" Assist in the development of presentation materials.

3) Supporting organisation aims and objectives by contributing to wider team activity, including:

" Undertake other duties as may reasonably be required.

" Other administrative support relating to the running of organisation including supporting the Chief Executive in the organisation and during meetings.

" General office support such as taking telephone messages, arranging meetings, booking rooms, booking catering, taking team meeting minutes, filing, etc.

" Undertake follow-up arising from team meetings.

Person Specification

" Positive, energetic and self-motivated and have a focus on providing excellent customer service.

" Good interpersonal skills, with an ability to relate to people in a professional and friendly manner.

" Highly organised with an ability to prioritise with competing demands and meet tight deadlines.

" Able to work within a small team.

" Conscientious, able to meet day to day tasks with first class delivery.

" Excellent IT skills.

" Experience of maintaining and updating websites.

" Confidence to negotiate with external suppliers.

" A 'can do' attitude, with a positive approach and will seek solutions
