The Support Worker role can at times be demanding and would be suitable for a person that has worked in a similar role or someone who has had previous experience of working with mental health/vulnerable adults. As a Support Worker, you will be providing a combination of support and domestic care. You recognize that the Support Worker's role is to help service users maximize their choices, rights and decisions. It is important that you will be able to work under pressure with a calm and empathetic approach. Quattro Healthcare will supply full Mandatory Training and Refresher courses for successful applicants, free of Charge. These will cover both practical and theory training.
