New Service for Young People with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism
Salary: £8.85 – 9.35 per hour plus sleep in paid at hourly rates
Working hours: Evenings, variable hours available

Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic team in the development of a new service for young people with learning disabilities and/or autism in a brand new build of 6 flats.

The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have experience of working with people with learning difficulties and/or autism. You will work together with the team and in partnership with other agencies to provide an excellent service. You will be passionate about ensuring the service we deliver is person centred and supports the young people to develop their confidence, skills and independence in their new homes and in the local community including:

• Maintaining their homes
• Budgeting and shopping
• Planning and preparing meals
• Personal Care
• Accessing activities in the community (study, volunteering, social/leisure activies)
• Support with medication
