Company: My client are specialists within the healthcare industry and are looking for a temporary reception/administrator to join their team on a part time basis. This is an ideal role for someone looking to gain experience to further their career.
Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week working over 5 days Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 8pm.
Pay: £7.83 - £8.00 per hour
Duration: On-going contract starting ASAP
Your new role will include but not limited to the following tasks:
- Manage patient bookings including contacting customers to re arrange appointments
- Manage consultant diaries
- Upload customer bank details
- Upload patient files
- Process receipts for insurance claims
- Team support where required
Due to the location a driver with access to own car is essential.
