Care Coordinator (part time, 30 hours per week)
Based in Morganstown, Cardiff
£19,338 - £21,974 per annum (a pro rata of £25,139 - £28,566)
This is a temporary role, to cover maternity leave for a period of 6 months
Start date: Monday 25th February 2019
Our client provides accommodation and support to vulnerable adults who live or stay with their approved Carers. The team recruit, assess, train and support individuals, couples or families to become approved Carers.
Our client is an established and respected care provider throughout South Wales and the West of England. They have established a care model which is based around finding the best candidates and providing the best care possible.
Applicants will need:
* Experience of managing people in a care setting
* Excellent communication skills
* An understanding of the support needs of vulnerable adults
* Good assessment and observation skills
* Good report writing skills
* Experience of managing a case load and other staff
* Experience and knowledge of safeguarding
* Experience of working in a Multi-agency environment
* Full clean driving licence and own car
