URGENT TEMPORARY REQUIREMENT – FLUENT FRENCH SPEAKING ADMINISTRATOR – COVERING THE WHOLE FRENCH REGION – FAMILY FEEL CULTURE
Are you available immediately for a temporary assignment? Are you a fluent French speaker looking to use your language skills within a new role? Do you have a passion for administration and customer service?

Our client, a leading specialist in their field, are seeking a French speaking Administrator to join their team supporting key accounts within their French speaking market. This role is placed closely alongside the sales team, who pride themselves on their family feel culture and strong work ethics. Offering autonomy for the whole French region, this position operates as the main point of contact between internal colleagues and French speaking customers. An immediate temporary requirment, with part time hours each week for a 6 month period.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the sales team with a variety of requests
Managing key customer accounts and taking ownership of resolving customer account enquiries (based in the France region)
Organising engineers and third-party workers to attend customer sites as required
Administrative support including: invoicing, credit control and document translation between French and English
Logging all information on the internal CRM system
Person profile:
Fluent French speaker
Experience of providing comprehensive administrative support to a team
Demonstrable Customer Service experience
Excellent organisation and coordination skills
Ability to manage own workload and work closely alongside a team to reach targets
