Trading Support Administrator - Flexible Working Available
About the role
We are currently recruiting for Trading Support Administrator to work 22.5 hours per week in Crayford on a permanent contract.
This is a pivotal role within the Trading team that will provide a day to day a comprehensive, high quality and responsive administrative support service. You will work as part of a team that contributes to the improvement of Sense’s administrative and Central Operations services.
Your role will include the setting up and maintenance of both computerised and manual systems and databases, taking notes from meetings and distributing communication materials to Sense Shops.
You will have experience of developing and maintaining administrative systems, have good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and be able to write appropriate correspondence.
You will provide excellent customer service throughout all aspects of your role and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
