Assistant Manager – Topsham

22.5 hours per week

An amazing opportunity has arisen with our client, a leading independent charity.

The charity were founded in 1989 – and have an outstanding reputation in the UK.

They are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the shop Manager and retail team.

The post is part time of 22.5 hours a week flexible but will include weekends and bank holidays.

You will have good interpersonal communication and customer care skills.

You will ensure customers, volunteers and colleagues are treated with respect and a friendly but professional manner.

Our client has a standard for providing excellent customer service to all volunteers.

You will have previous experience within Customer Service with the ability to recognise and understand customer needs.

Previous Administration and IT are required as you will be asked to carry out general admin tasks
