We have had an exciting Part time Administrator vacancy arise within a niche organisation based in Crawley.
This is an ongoing temporary role for 8 hours per week across 2 days, they can be very flexible as to what these hours are. The workload will fluctuate and could extend to up to 12 hours per week further down the line.
You will be providing comprehensive Admin support to the office, duties to include:
* Arranging a quarterly shareholder meeting –sending invites, collating attendance information, booking venues, booking hotel rooms, confirming meal choices for guests etc
* Inputting data and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
* Amending Word templates
* Inputting information for accurate invoicing
* Sending surveys to customers and update responses on a spreadsheet
* Sending out quarterly statements to customers
* Chasing payments by emails/ phone
You will use your initiative and common sense to support this small team in all aspects of the running of the business. This role requires previous administration experience, strong organisational skills, good accuracy and attention to detail and confident communication skills.
