We are a government funded organisation seeking a Part Time Senior Administrator/PA to support our field based National Co-ordinator in the general administration of the department. We are based in modern offices in Farnborough and you will be working Mon to Fri 25 hours per week over 5 days with 28 days holiday pro rata plus bank hoidays, free parking, benefits and an hourly rate of up to £12.60 per hour.

The role covers elements of PA, general administration support, events, training and marketing administration.

As a PA/Administrator your main duties will be:-
To communicate daily with the National Co-ordinator via phone and email.
To manage the National Co-ordinators diary – Booking accommodation and travel where necessary. Arranging appointments and meetings.
To manage, coordinate and provide administrative support
To include assigning and managing field based colleagues, ensuring they have everything they need to complete their role.
Managing the website page, updating it on a weekly basis.
Maintaining the databases in line with current GDPR .
To manage, coordinate and provide administrative support for department training
To include assigning trainers, ordering papers, confirming dates, times and venues with coordinators.
To provide administrative support to new projects
To keep National Co-ordinator informed of all correspondence
To update the award night / launch date calendar weekly
Send a weekly activity report to National coordinator
To act as the secretariat at various meetings when requested
To ensure the board meeting pack is collated and distributed to all board members at least 7 days before the meeting
Maintain regular communication with the local schemes and the wider public by using various social media platforms i.e. Facebook & Twitter etc. Expand the profile on all social media platforms. To assist PR company in raising the national profile
To ensure board/sponsors are kept informed of events/awards nights.
To assist in organising Parliamentary Reception / Conference
Working with the finance department to raise purchase orders and request for invoices to be raised.

To be successful as our PA/Administrator, you should have previous experience supporting a senior Manager or Director and have worked as a PA, office Manager, Sales & Marketing Support or similar but be looking to secure a permanent part time role working 25 hours split over 5 days each week.
