You will be working for a growing business in Farnham, working with a friendly & professional team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting function for the business.

Part-time Bookkeeper- About The Role

* Working with the team to ensure accurate invoicing for work.

* Make sure allocation of payments is recorded properly.

* Processing accounts payable/purchase ledger invoices, checking with directors prior to payment.

* Credit control duties.

* Be able to work with external accountants

* Currently using a manual process (Excel spreadsheets) but will be moving over to Xero shortly.

The successful Part-time Bookkeeper will have:

* Proven experience working in an bookkeeper role.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Strong I.T. skills.
