Job Title: Project Administrator - Part-time
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £23-26,000 per annum pro rata
Hours: 3-4 hours a day, Monday to Friday

Are you looking to work for a well-established, award winning company? Do you have strong organisation and administrative skills? Do you have experience providing administrative support to large scale projects?

Our client has a great opportunity based in their Edinburgh office. You will be working within a team supporting the team ensuring effective organisation and communication of all activities are kept up to date.

As my golden candidate you will be able to fulfil the following duties:-

- Attend meetings, take minutes and produce meeting reports
- Booking and organising meeting rooms, liaising with clients
- Maintain all electronic and paper based documents are recorded and ensure SLAs are kept to timescale
- Provide support to the General Manager
- Ensure the office is maintained to an effective and tidy standard
- Organise workload effectively

Ideally you will have the following experience/key skills:-

- Excellent organisation, communication and numeracy skills both written and oral. Ability to work accurately under pressure of tight deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word
