Role Summary:
* £12-£13 per hour
* Part-time (3 days per week)
* Duration: approx. 3-6 months
* Start date: 25th March 2019
Aston Elite Ltd is looking for a sharp-minded, organised and dynamic Contracts Administrator to work for our client based in Marlow, Bucks. The Contracts Administrator will be supporting their department in the processing and administration of contracts, renewals and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator:
* Administration tasks for the industry specific sales team include:
* Responsibility for updating contracts and issuing access upon receipt of customer payment or for issuing temporary access to assist the payment process or for other business reasons;
* Notifying client manager of cancellation risk prior to execution of the cancellation process.
* Responsibility for updating cancellations or downgrades, and reporting to Finance in relation to cancellations;
* Renewals related activity:
* Consult with Account Managers to assist in structuring of pricing of on-going renewal fees by providing advice on renewal and pricing policies, including work on contract renegotiations.
* Co-ordinate the provision of contractual paperwork for renewals where appropriate and drive efficiencies in the renewal process to reduce administrative effort.
* Ensure timely and accurate execution of futures and invoicing, renewals status report and all processes are fully documented, remain current and accessible to the team.
* Process customer account information on company database to establish and maintain a high level of competence in dealing with a wide range of internal and external customer queries.
* Provide support for other team members in periods where you have capacity to support, periods of absence, or high volume of activity/workload.
* Attend appropriate Departmental and Sector Sales meetings, as required.
* Carry out any other tasks as required by your Manager in order to meet the operational needs of the business.
Ideal Candidate for Contracts Administrator:
* experienced administrator
* strong organisation skills
* a keen eye for detail
* ability to manage their time efficiently
* excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* good commercial awareness
* IT literate with strong MS Office, including Excel
* Ideally working knowledge of Salesforce
