Support workers - Full and Part time hours available

As a Support Worker at Marbrook, previous experience is not essential, our focus is people whose values, behaviours and attitudes match our own and who have a passion for ensuring that we deliver first rate care with compassion and courage.
We need support workers who care, who can demonstrate empathy and passion, and who, with a person centred approach, can enable our residents to have real choice and control over their futures.
You'll need to show a strong work ethic and have good communication skills and in return you will be valued and encouraged to develop your skills further through our commitment to training and support.
