A part time job share position has become available as a Customer Service / Order Dispatcher at a technology company in Royston, Hertfordshire.

Working approximately 8-16 hours per week (Mon - Fri), the role requires the ability to work quickly and accurately, picking, packing and dispatching orders therefore a fair level of physical fitness is required.

Main duties as the Customer Service / Order Dispatcher will include:

* Processing incoming/outgoing parcels and manage postal arrangements, via either courier or Royal Mail

* Fulfilling on-line orders

* Customer services via emails and phones

* Liaising with engineer team regarding customer enquires

* Maintaining and updating the internal database

* Outbound calls to existing customers

* General office operations

The following skills and experience are required:

* Excellent communication skills

* Positive telephone manner

* Good computer skills

* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

* Methodical

* Ability to work in a small team and independently

* Fair level of physical fitness

* Desire to progress and learn new skills
