Do you have a strong PA background with excellent organisational skills? We have a new role for a Executive PA based at our clients who are a specialist training company based in rural Warwickshire. The Executive PA role is to manage the Sector Scheme Advisory Committees for the company and to ensure all business objectives relating to the continued maintenance and delivery of the standards are delivered to scheme requirements.
You will be working with sector specialists to maintain and develop training and assessment material up to date and to standard, as per Sector Scheme requirements.
Executive PA Main Responsibilities:
• Secretariat for all Sector Scheme committees
– Agendas, minutes, actions
– Maintain actions and technical log
– Prepare papers and reports
– Co-ordinate working groups and training development
– Liaison between Committees and Operations
• Manage and maintain Sector Scheme Documents
• Support new schemes
• Assist with Schedule of Supplier
• Co-ordinate meetings and travel arrangements
• Provide support to the Market Development Manager in administration duties
• Support staff Intranet for the department
Our client is looking for:
• Excellent Personnel Assistant (PA) skills
• Exceptional administrative skills with a background of providing administrative services
• Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
• IT skills including Powerpoint
• Team player
• Minute taking skills – Desirable
• The ability to understand new subject matter
• An ability to manage strong characters – Desirable
• Experience of Chairing meetings – Desirable
