Office Coordinator
Part Time – 25 hours per week (over 5 days)
Winnersh Triangle
£25,000 - £28,000 (pro rata)
Our client, a successful business based in Winnersh Triangle are offering an exciting role with a wide spectrum of responsibilities, you will coordinate a variety of office related matters (Facilities, General, HR and IT)
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate office services to ensure that all general utilities and equipment are in working order
* To undertake a variety of administrative tasks without supervision
* Assist with HR Administration
* Purchase of office equipment
Key Requirements
* Strong communication & organisational skills with attention to detail
* Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
* Previous office administrative experience, including experience in office management
* Health and safety experience
