Support Worker
Our role is to provide a 24 hour Domiciliary Care and Support Service, using people’s individual budgets in a safe and effective manner that empowers people to develop their skills and be as independent as possible.
We are looking for caring, friendly and reliable people to join our team. We have a variety of shift patterns available (full time 40 hours a week, part time 20 hours a week or nights / evenings)
* You should be available to work shifts on a 2 week rota and this will usually include some evenings and every other weekend.
Our Centre is based in beautiful rural Godstone.
The role is supporting our students (aged 18 to 25) to develop skills in daily living, directing their support, planning activities, key working and personal care needs.
