As the Information Security Manager for governance, you will lead the Information Security and Cyber team, making sure that Information Security and Cyber risk is identified and successfully managed in everything that we do.

So what would you be doing?...

• Leading on the definition and maintenance of Information Security Policy Framework and the Information Security Management System

• Supporting your stakeholders with InfoSec guidance and assessing any information security risks within their business areas

• Overseeing projects to make sure the right assurances and controls are in place

• Analysing potential cyber threats and reporting on them

• Future-proofing our InfoSec team by guiding colleagues through the change process

• Making sure that we are compliant with all regulatory standards

We always support colleagues to develop their skills.  But to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to do most of these wonderful things...

• Naturally you will have experience working in a similar role as an Information and Cyber Security Manager or Specialist

• Ideally you will be CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CISA qualified although this is not essential 

• We need you to have good understanding of 3 Lines of Defence, enterprise technology and governance

• In order to exceed in this role, you will have great knowledge of Information Security frameworks, standards and controls

• Of course you will have excellent communication skills
