Care2Care Group is currently working alongside an outstanding Private Hospital within the South West London area, who are currently seeking full time and part time Health Care Assistants to join their team.

Your role would be to provide excellent support and care for clients and your daily tasks as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) will include assisting service users with personal care, medications, daily activities and leading a more fulfilled life.

As an HCA, you will be working as a team with the other staff to provide a high quality of person-centred care to each service user. Communicating effectively with service users, families and members of staff to find their likes and preferences.

To be considered for this role, you will have the following

- 12 months paid experience as a HCA
- NVQ Level 2 in social care or equivalent
- 2 care related references
- DBS on the update service
