Location: Bournemouth

Position: Maternity cover – FTC 9 months. Part time, 25 hours per week. Monday to Friday.

Rate of pay: £8.50 per hour

We are now seeking an equally enthusiastic Call Handler/Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for providing an efficient, customer focused response to all incoming calls, as well as general administration tasks for both the HR and Recruitment divisions.

Key responsibilities:

* Answering telephone, directing calls to appropriate team members/taking messages/dealing with basic enquiries

* Working closely with Recruitment Partner to screen candidate’s CVs, and conduct telephone interviews where necessary

* Record taking, data-catch and follow ups with clients, providing an excellent level of customer service in line with our vision and values

* Weekly maintenance of our ATS, calling registered candidates and updating system

* Daily check-in of staff

* Assisting HR with Payroll, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail when uploading and sending payslips

* Daily recording of post-in/post-out, and administration of recruitment inbox

* Preparation and organisation of employee files, ensuring compliance at all times

* Ensure the meeting room is ready for all scheduled appointments

* Other ad-hoc administrative/reception-based tasks in accordance with the needs of the business

Essential requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to handle a range of incoming calls as well as being comfortable dialling out to clients and candidates

* Customer Service qualification desirable

* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Self-assurance and a strong desire to build clients’ trust and confidence

* Exceptional organisation skills

* Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude essential

* Able to effectively manage workload and work to deadlines

* High level of computer literacy
