Our Facilities Support will join our ever growing and amazing Facilities team. The Facilities team look after every single thing that is inside our wonderful buildings, from the pictures on the wall to the coffee machines. They are pivotal to the reputation of Metro Bank, they make sure our offices and stores look fabulous, helping us to create even more fans. 
 
So what will you be doing…?

• Setting up meeting rooms 
• Making sure the building is tidy and completely free of clutter 
• Escalating any facility related issues to the Building Manager
• Checking the printers are working and stocked up with paper, toner and ink 
• Replenishing items for colleagues e.g. refreshment stations

You need to be this kind of person…

• Passionate about providing unparalleled levels of service and convenience for customers
• Prepared to stick at something – we get nervous if someone has jumped from job to job
• Able to work and learn quickly in a fast paced, fun and dynamic environment

We always support colleagues to develop their skills.  But to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to do most of these wonderful things…

• You need to have great communication skills as you will speak various colleagues on a daily basis 
• Experience with time management, as you will plan your own day and you should be able to prioritise tasks 
• You should be able to work quickly and efficiently as you will have tight deadlines 
• Having great attention to detail will benefit you in this role as you will be helping maintain our lovely offices
