Building Services Manager - M&E - Flexible Working Available

We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Building Service Manager (M&E).
The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated managers.
We are looking for managers who have a wealth of knowledge in the main contracting market.
Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million is an advantage.

As a building services manager (M&E) you will:
- Manage the various mechanical, electrical (M&E) related subcontractors through their contractor design portion (COP) design development, site installation and commissioning.
- Ensure all works are fully coordinated and delivered in accordance with the contract programme.
Already experienced as a building services manager, you will be qualified in mechanical, electrical and/or plumbing disciplines. You will have a full understanding of detailed M&E procedures and will have a good level of technical and professional expertise. You will have the ability to produce M&E design, installation and commissioning programmes.
