As the Affiliate Manager, you'll report to the Head of Paid Media and sit within the wider Paid Media team here at iCrossing, but will have sole responsibility for managing affiliate networks on behalf of our clients, across a range of enterprise clients, from FMCG, Travel and Financial Services industries. 

Your day to day responsibilities will include: 

  • Affiliate research, recruitment and approvals
  • Ownership of affiliate programme communications
  • Ownership of conversion validation process
  • Management of invoice and payment processes
  • Negotiating placements with key affiliates for additional exposure
  • Management of affiliate tracking and testing processes
  • Developing relationships with key affiliates and building partnerships with new ones
  • Support new business opportunities
  • Developing supplier relationships
  • Developing client profitability and growth
  • Forecasting ROI of budget spend
  • Insightful and valuable client reporting, analysis and commentary
  • Presenting monthly/quarterly performance and planning to clients

  • Knowledge sharing with wider media team

You can expect to be working closely with other service-lines within the iCrossing media team and wider agency. This experience will provide scope for learning and development beyond the realms of affiliate, giving you a broad range of digital marketing skills and experience.

Skills, knowledge & experience required

  • 3 years’ experience of affiliate marketing, network, agency or client side
  • Ability to present information and insights to clients verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrable knowledge of affiliate landscape
  • Proven ability to communicate and negotiate with affiliates and networks
  • Ability to plan campaigns and adhere to deadlines
  • Experience of European markets desirable
