As part of this growth we are looking to appoint a number of 1st Line - IT Support Analysts, to be part of our Service Desk, based in Speke in Liverpool.

Position overview

Are you looking for an opportunity to join a fun, lively IT Service Desk team based in Liverpool? We have a number of exciting roles to join our Group IT function, as part of our continued investment to develop our in-house technical IT capability. The role will be providing 1st line technical support to our internal users, helping to educate, support and transfer IT Technical knowledge.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about technology and begin your career within a growing and professional IT department. Here you will have the opportunity to learn about a variety of applications and technology and work towards achieving certificates and qualifications. The team resolve an impressive 83% of the incidents raised, so this is a further demonstration of the level of technical knowledge you can develop whilst in the role.

What are we looking for?

We are looking to receive applications from individuals who have worked within an IT Service Desk environment (1st Line Support preferred) or are currently performing an IT technician role where you are responding to a variety of technical issues. You will have a real passion and interest in technology, demonstrate a superb service ethic and attitude and are adept at problem solving. In return you will work in a fast paced, customer driven environment and an environment where you can progress your career.
