Are you available for an immediate start, having previously worked on a corporate reception desk in a fast paced busy reception / adminisration role?

Are you dynamic, very organised, resillient and enjoy fast pace? If so, this is the role for you .

What will you be doing?

  • Greet visitors to the site in a warm and professional manner.
  • Respond politely and efficiently to queries, both over the phone and face to face
  • Answer the telephone, redirect calls or take messages
  • Direct visitors to the correct location on site
  • Respond to email enquiries and any other requests
  • Be aware of staff movements at all times
  • Receive post and parcels and distribute accordingly
  • Book taxi's and allocate pool cars
  • Maintain conference room bookings and launch conference calls
  • Order lunches
  • Support large/VIP visits as required
  • Provide general administration and clerical support as required


What do you need?

  • Previous reception/switchboard experience
  • Strong administration experience
  • Organsing, planning and scheduling
  • MS office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Multi task
  • Smart and well presented
  • Enjoy working in a varied, fast pace role


Working Hours

  • Week 1 - Mon - Wed 7.30am to 11am, Thurs 7.30am to 12 noon and Friday 7.30am to 1pm - 16.5 hours total
  • Week 2 - Mon - Wed 1pm to 4.30pm, Thurs 12 noon - 4.30pm and Friday off - 15 hours total

This would suit someone who enjoyes being busy, is able to commit to the varied hours and likes to have some time to themselves.
