We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager or alternatively, this role could also suit someone that has been in an office management role for some time and is ready to step up into an operational role. This role is responsible for the smooth running of finance, marketing, HR and general office operations and would suit a proactive individual with good people management skills. This is a full-time role and the company is happy to talk about flexible working hours.
Skills and experience required:
- Office management or operation management background
- Experience in a professional services environment or similar
- Be a leader with tested people management experience
- Ability to engage and build collaborative partnerships
