JOB TYPE: Office Administrator (part time)
COMPANY: Construction Company
HOURS: 15 hours per week
TERM: 1 year fixed term contract
SALARY: £27,000 - £30,000 pa. pro rata (15 hours per week)
LOCATION: Walking distance to Liverpool Street Station
WOW FACTOR: Part time, close to station, well established company
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a great team in the City of London. Looking to start with immediate effect this position offers flexible hours across the week on a part time basis. Our client is well established within the construction industry and are looking for someone with strong HR & Administration skills to join with immediate effect.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
* Updating training matrix monthly and recording training certificates for staff
* Liaising with installation manager and adhering to strict deadlines
* Ordering stationary for office and sites
* Responsible for maintenance of office machines: photocopier, computers, and laptops
* Book travel and accommodation for employees
* Update HR manual monthly, staying compliant with all necessary documents
* Responsible for reviewing GDPR documents on a monthly basis
* Inputting various company documents into client database and-completing qualification documents for accreditation schemes
* First point of contact for incoming calls and emails
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
* At least two years’ experience within a similar role
* HR experience
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office package
