This is an exciting opportunity if you are passionate about Customer Service and looking to work 20 hours a week.

The working week is Monday to Sunday with 2 days off and the hours are between 2pm and 10pm working 4 hours per day.

You will be taking calls from customers and dealing with their enquiries, queries and complaints. Excellent telphone manner, listening and IT skills are key to this busy role. On Sunday's the telephone lines are closed and you will br responding to various cusotmer emails.
