This is a hands on project management role, encompassing multiple aspects relating to the taxation elements of entity rationalisation. You will conduct tax due diligence on entities proposed for dissolution/liquidation and, working closely with key internal stakeholders and external tax advisers where necessary, formulate and implement dissolution step plans. You will manage, advise and report on the dissolution of entities from a tax perspective, drafting and reviewing internal approval documents to support the dissolution/liquidation and provide regular updates to the EMEA Head of Tax and EMEA Head of Tax Reporting on progress of the project.

To be successful in this challenging role working within a dynamic and fast paced team, you will have strong generalist experience working in Tax (Advisory and Reporting), currently operating at a Manager/Senior Manager level within an in-house tax function or within an accountancy firm. You will have the ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and adopt a pragmatic approach. As, you will be the main contact in the tax team for liquidation matters and will take the lead on implementing dissolution step plans, it is essential that you are comfortable working autonomously, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
