Are you a dental receptionist looking for a new challenge in a growing business? We are recruiting for a brand new role where the successful candidate will provide comprehensive reception service to practices - you will be head office based and assist the practices with managing high numbers of phone calls without patients needing to call back or go to voicemail.

The role

Reporting into the Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for:

* answering the phone in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner and delivering a high level of serviced

* promoting a professional image at all times and being knowledgeable about the services which each practice offers

* scheduling appointments, through email or via telephone

* completing patient recalls and appointment reminder calls in compliance with standard procedures

* booking Smart diaries for all dentists

* meeting regularly with practice members to discuss aspects of the service and to consider improvements

The candidate

You will have dental receptionist experience (either practice or call centre-based) and be able to travel to Grange Park daily - there are free car parking spaces or a regular bus service from the centre of Northampton.

You will also be able to work 40 hours per week, with some evenings and occasional Saturdays on a rota basis. The business are open to considering two part-time candidates so if you are only able to work 20 hours, it’s definitely worth applying.
