Annual salary: £15,505.50
Hours per week: 19
Our Social Worker role involves:
* Being part of an established multidisciplinary team
* Being responsible for identifying the social/non-medical needs for the patients, ensuring those needs are met
* Detailed risk assessment & management
* Report writing
* Liaison with families & community networks & service development
To be successful as a Social Worker, you’ll need:
* To be a Registered Social worker (with Care Council for Wales or HCPC for England)
* To have a working knowledge of current Mental Health and related legislation
* AMHP training and experience (desirable)
* Experience of working with offending behaviour and complex interpersonal dynamics (desirable)
* Continuing professional development in training and supervision are available as an integral part of Social Work team practice
