Contracts Administrator / Work Scheduler
Location: Newent, Gloucester
Salary: £23,000 (pro rata for part time hours)
1 x (1-year fixed term) – 22.5 hours per week
1 x (Maternity Cover) – 37 hours per week
Our client is a Gloucestershire-based facilities management company, providing invaluable services such as grounds and building maintenance and commercial cleaning to clients across the South West.

They are currently seeking two Contracts Administrators to deliver an effective service. Your role will involve all aspects of contract management from raising orders, booking appointments with customers, scheduling jobs for operatives and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards. You will support a team of operatives and ensure operative unproductive time is kept to a minimum.
The successful candidates must have demonstrable experience in an administrative role. You must have good written and verbal communication skills. A minimum NVQ 3 or GCSE education requirement in Maths and English or equivalent is essential. Full training will be provided however it would be beneficial to have experience of working within a social housing or technical team as well as using a social housing or similar contractors and repairs system. Knowledge of Active H housing management system would also be a distinct advantage.
